Adam has been actively involved in real estate finance since 1994.  Prior to Rescon Financial, Adam held a senior position at a large real estate finance company where he was responsible for the growth and management of a portfolio of both residential construction and mezzanine loans.  Adam graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.  Adam Sparks is a CFA charterholder.

Ebrahim (Brime) has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1994.  Upon graduating from Ryerson Polytechnical University with a Bachelor of Technology (Architectural Science) Degree, Brime was employed as a Professional Quantity Surveyor, where he was responsible for providing quantity surveying, construction cost consulting and project monitoring services.  Prior to Rescon Financial, Brime held a senior position at a large real estate finance company where he was responsible for the growth and management of a portfolio of both residential construction and mezzanine loans.

Cheryl has been actively involved in the real estate finance industry since 1989.  Prior to joining Rescon Financial, Cheryl held the position of Asset Manager at a large real estate finance company, where she was responsible for the underwriting and ongoing management and administration of a portfolio of residential construction and mezzanine loans.  Cheryl is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

Elise has over 35 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate finance, specializing in underwriting, asset management, investor relations, conduit generation, and loan restructuring.  Prior to joining Rescon Financial, Elise held positions at a major Bank and a large Life Insurance Company.  Elise obtained her Honours B.A. Degree in the Economics and Business Program of York University, and has completed her Real Estate Finance Course at the University of British Columbia.
